i am back!!!
guess what...
no sunburns cos i have my sunblock but...
all of us came back with really really serious muscle aches!!
why??
cos we crawled like a baby on the beach..
and my group went up and down 23 times!
with stones that cut and hurt our knees...
poor aaron..his skin came off..imagine kena the sea water..
i was in pain when the seawater went in my eyes... =/
ohh..and..
we went up and down the stairs..3 storey building..
and counted 11000 red beans...
i heard other groups counted more than us..

haha..
i know its very crazyyy..
all those running here and there..wet and sweaty..mix with those sunblock
and sand..
next morning..
hahahaha...
muscle aches...

i have really bad muscle cramps..
n cuts on my knees..
but...
mainly..i had fun!!!
i think the rest of them too..
before that..

ruorong's the name.turned 17 on the 29th of june this year.i serve an awesome and loving God.family and friends are very very important. music completes my life.a twiggies and icecream lover.i love being loud.i dance jump sing cry laugh smile like everybody else. beaches are one of God's wonderful creations.i'm no good at handling stess but i'm happy with life.and most of all everything being simple is the best =)
